Safety & help

Ground rules

• Only carry sealed, prepaid parcels. Never pay a rider on someone else's behalf.
• Meet in well-lit public spots near hostel entrances. Never enter another student's room.
• Respect hostel curfew and campus delivery rules. GateDrop doesn't override them.
• No prohibited items: alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or anything against VIT rules.
• Only share the drop PIN in person, once you have the parcel in hand.

Need to report something?

In-app reporting for deliveries arrives alongside the delivery room. For anything urgent on campus, contact hostel security or your warden first.
